Given the situation of mandatory preventive confinement that Colombia is currently going through, BUZCA, through its Social Management department, delivered more than 400 humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable populations within its area of influence in the cities of Cartagena and Santa Marta.

This is how our social managers in each city, together with police officicers, distributed aids to the communities of Albornoz and Pescadores in the area (Cartagena) and to the indigenous Wayuu communities, Fishermen's Associations, Beach tents owners and Tourism Providers of Pozos Colorados, Bello Horizonte Fishermen's Cooperative and ADI Mujer (Santa Marta). This aids consisted in bags endowed with elements of the basic family basket to these populations that are greatly affected by the economic and health crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
